Our next formal Friday curriculum will have 6 classes, running from Friday, January 9th (01/09) to Friday, February 13th (02/13). This class will taught by Tristan Catalano, and will be on the rapier system of Salvatore Fabris, an early 17th century Italian fencing master. A contemporary of Thibault that gets chapters of explicit reference in his book, Fabris’ popular variation on the more dominant Italian rapier system will round out students’ repertoires and will be an excellent followup to our previous rapier class. Our next planned class after this one will be a saber study group, so look forward to that!
